  • August 19, 2010 - Hidaya purchased 72,000 cakes of laundry soap with a total weight of 9 tonnes, and 72,000 cakes of bath soap with a total weight of 6.12 tonnes. The same amunt of soap was also purchased 8 weeks ago. 
  • August 12, 2010 – Hidaya purchased additional 186 tonnes of rice for flood relief in addition to 78.56 tonnes purchased on August 10, 2010.
  • August 10, 2010 - Hidaya purchased  78.56 tonnes or 78,560 kgm of rice for Flood Relief.
  • August 9, 2010 - Hidaya Completed the purchase of 22.5 tons of cooking oil for distribution during the month of Ramadan for One million Meals project.
  • August 2, 2010 - Hidaya began August  2010 to January 31, 2011 session of Computer literacy and Software Development Training.

Sitara-e-Isaar Awarded to Hidaya Foundation

The sister organization of Hidaya Trust, Hidaya Foundation was awarded Sitara-i-Eisaar (Star of Sacrifice) by the Government of Pakistan, in recognition of the results-oriented relief efforts of both the organizations during the 2005 earthquake in Pakistan. It was awarded during a special ceremony held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, DC.
