Recruitment Procedure
Hidaya Trust recruits and place applicants on the basis of the applicant's relative knowledge, skills, and abilities. The decision to employ an applicant is based solely on the individual's qualification for the particular position along with other requisite job skills. Minimum qualifications are specified in the job description.
When
a new position is established, the Central Field Operations prepares a
job announcement identifying the position's responsibilities and
requirements and circulates within Hidaya Trust as well as advertise in Local and National newspapers, posts on various job related sites & e-mail lists etc. Posted positions stay open for a minimum application
period of 15 days.
Kindly do not try to approach Hidaya management for undue favors during interviews. Hidaya Trust management does not appreciate such actions as it harms poor and deserving candidates.
