Work under the guidance of project manager. Will get the tasks from the project and manager and report to project manager. Capable of completing all the project tasks both field and office work. Also ready to work in any emergency or special project all the time. Capable of working under structured environment. Capabilities of meeting deadlines and completing the tasks on timely fashion.   Candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor Degree or fresh Master Degree from HEC recognized University. Junior Project manager reports to project manager and dotted line to Sr. Project manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Field work like investigation and other project tasks.
  • Providing assistance to the project manager.
  • Positive response to the training offered by Hidaya.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC Windows-based operating environment and good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good motorbike riding skills.
 

Sitara-e-Isaar Awarded to Hidaya Foundation

The sister organization of Hidaya Trust, Hidaya Foundation was awarded Sitara-i-Eisaar (Star of Sacrifice) by the Government of Pakistan, in recognition of the results-oriented relief efforts of both the organizations during the 2005 earthquake in Pakistan. It was awarded during a special ceremony held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, DC.
