Provide support in execution of projects to project managers. Performs routine office or clerical support tasks according to well established procedures. Examples of work performed may photocopy, Data Entry, Typing and Dealing with Customers, filing forms for customers, answering telephone calls and recorded messages, and supporting project or program managers.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with demonstrated strengths in office management and has experience using business machines such as computer, photocopier, fax machine, etc. The Office Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintaining and fulfill office needs.
  • Time to time work at ware house. 
  • Helping in distribution cash and in kind material to applicant.
  • Going in fields in case of emergency to execute the project.
  • Conducting investigations and inquiries of cases.
  • Filling forms both paper work and in computer.

Sitara-e-Isaar Awarded to Hidaya Foundation

The sister organization of Hidaya Trust, Hidaya Foundation was awarded Sitara-i-Eisaar (Star of Sacrifice) by the Government of Pakistan, in recognition of the results-oriented relief efforts of both the organizations during the 2005 earthquake in Pakistan. It was awarded during a special ceremony held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, DC.
