Develop, oversee and maintain a project or multiple projects as assigned by the Program Manager and local Hidaya Trust management team. Responsible for managing projects under various programs including Social welfare & Disaster Relief, Health care, Educational & Vocational. Knowledge of project management skills, Knowledge of writing project proposals & project reports. Capable of working under structured environment. Capabilities of meeting deadlines and completing the tasks on timely fashion. Candidate must have minimum 8 years of experience at project management level with Bachelor Degree or 4 years of experience with Master Degree from HEC recognized University. Senior Project manager reports to program manager and dotted line to operations manager. Responsibilities: Plan, track and execute the project assigned according to the systems and processes established by Hidaya Trust. Work with the Program Manager and local Hidaya Management team to develop relevant project proposals and budgets. Supervise and collaborate the work of field officers staff in a matrix management environment with other project/program managers and supporting staff. Analyze short- and long-term resource needs and adjust staffing and resources appropriately. Develop detailed task lists and work effort assessment and short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members, and document these details using tools provided by Hidaya Trust. Develop communication plans with the project team as well as Hidaya Foundation. Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines; track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary work flow, personnel and financial resource allocations, making suggestions for alterations when necessary to situations that have the potential to jeopardize performance and/or ability to meet agreed upon dead lines. Responsible for financial performance of projects assigned. Perform any other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Generate and issue regular internal and external project reports for large or complex projects managed. Assist with the collection of clear, consistent, standard data for each project in the portfolio to support a regular portfolio report. Work in any emergency and special project. Knowledge, Skills and abilities required: Excellent English (verbal and oral) skills. Excellent skills in using computer especially in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent typing skills, minimum 30 words per minute. Strong Leadership skills. Good presentation skills to report to the higher management. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Knowledge of management principles and practices. Ability to provide technical coordination and management of development and/or implementation projects in area of expertise. Employee development and performance management skills. Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Project planning and implementation skills. Knowledge of budgeting cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures. Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures.
