We require highly motivated, confident and self initiated professional programmer to join our team having some development experience on PHP, MYSQL technology, while working on Apache/Linux environment is also an additional advantage. You will be required to develop and maintain Hidaya Trust web site and assist in development of Hidaya Trust Paperless Work. Candidate must have experience on PHP technology and having at least graduation degree from HEC recognized university in software or computer system discipline.


Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and Enhancing Hidaya Trust Website which is PHP/MySQL based technology
  • Co-develop paperless system of the Organization.
  • Can take part in any project that may be initiated by Hidaya related to software technology
  • Working on Hidaya Paperless system maintenance  
Skills and Abilities:
  • Good working experience on PHP technology
  • Should be familiar with Apache and Linux Webserver
  • Must be able to edit/customize existing code PHP
  • Knowledge of Javascript,CSS,DHTML is required
  • Good Database concepts ,Analyze and produce relational database diagram
  • Experience in AJAX/XML is a plus
  • Object Oriented Programming concepts is a plus
  • Good Database Concepts (MySQL, SQL server 2000)
 

Sitara-e-Isaar Awarded to Hidaya Foundation

The sister organization of Hidaya Trust, Hidaya Foundation was awarded Sitara-i-Eisaar (Star of Sacrifice) by the Government of Pakistan, in recognition of the results-oriented relief efforts of both the organizations during the 2005 earthquake in Pakistan. It was awarded during a special ceremony held at the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington, DC.
