Hidaya Trust offers a competitive salary and benefits package designed to meet the varying needs of our employees. There are two types of employment opportunities at Hidaya Trust:
Short-term, Part Time Contract Positions are better suited to teachers and technical personnel who are interested in pursuing part time teaching or training opportunities in the non-profit sector or those individuals who want to contribute to Hidaya by working on specific, short-term projects, and may not be interested in making a longer term commitment to staying with Hidaya. Most of these positions are filled locally.Such positions are offered at hourly rate, based on their experience and nature of task.
Long-term Contract Positions are designed to meet the needs of those individuals who want the flexibility to work for Hidaya for at least one year, while they have a long-term goal to seek alternate career paths, or are interested in exploring a career in non-profit sector. Preference is given to those who are local residents or within short commuting distance from Hidaya office hiring for the position.
Permanent Positions are reserved for those who have an interest in making a long-term commitment to Hidaya. All management jobs, senior team-lead roles and critical jobs including IT, HR, etc. are designed to be permanent in nature. Naturally, compensation and benefits for permanent positions are more comprehensive in nature since Hidaya Trust wants to reward those who have a desire and have made a commitment to stay with Hidaya over a sustained period of time.
Most positions at Hidaya are contract-based in nature; permanent positions are a natural path for high performing long-term contract employees who may progress into permenant positions.
